7. COMMITTEE RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
(a) Finance and Corporate Services Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance & Corporate Services
Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of
Bays recommends that Council support the community
events initiative of co-hosting the 2008-2012 Ontario Ironman
70.3 Triathlon scheduled to commence on Sunday, September 14th, 2008.

(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation and Trails
Advisory Committee recommends to the Township of Lake
of Bays Council that they support the grant application to
the Ontario Trillium Foundation for the amount of $39,259.00
to renovate, rehabilitate and make accessible the kitchen and doorway
of the Dwight Lakeside Seniors Facility.
