7. COMMITTEE RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
(a) Finance and Corporate Services Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Corporate Services Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays recommends that Council approve the local general levy for 2008 in the amount of $ 2,969,134.
(ii) Be it resolved that the Finance & Corporate Services Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays recommends to Council that the following accounts payable be ratified.
As of April 30, 2008 the following accounts are paid:
Upper Tier & Education:

(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation & Trails Advisory Committee recommend that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays approve use of the Dwight Beach for a performance by the Muskoka Concert Band on July 9th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with consideration to the Dwight Community Centre as a potential rain site (Muskoka Concert Band) (Dwight Beach)
(ii) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation & Trails Advisory Committee recommends that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays support the Dwight Lions Club examination and subsequent cleanup of the Oxtongue River Rapids Park (Dwight Lions Club)(Oxtongue River Rapids Park)
(iii) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation & Trails Committee accepts and recommends to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays support in principle the Baysville Community Group Streetscape Project and that further discussions with staff be completed to ensure a successful implementation (Baysville Community Group Streetscape Project).
(iv) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation & Trails Committee accepts and recommends to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays reiterate the procedure for enforcement of municipal by-laws such as no camping on municipal property including designated water access points (enforcement of municipal by-laws).
