7. COMMITTEE RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
(a) Finance and Corporate Services Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance and Corporate Services Committee of the Township of Lake of Bays recommends to Council to accept a $3,000.00 donation from the Dwight Lakeview Seniors to help towards the cost of running and maintaining the Dwight Seniors Centre.
(ii) Be it resolved that the Finance & Corporate Services Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays recommends to Council that the following accounts payable be ratified.
As of March 31, 2008 the following accounts are paid:

(iii) Be it Be it resolved that the Finance & Corporate Services Committee of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays recommends that Council endorse an application to the Ministry of Health Promotion, Communities in Action Fund (CIAF) in the amount of $39,580.00 to encourage active physical participation of Seniors, Community Volunteers for Muskoka Ironman 70.3 and an Employee Wellness Program.

(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Chair, of Parks Recreation and Trails Advisory Committee recommend to Mayor and Council that Tuesday April 22nd will be declared Pitch In Day to compliment Earth Day, for the Township of Lake of Bays, to accommodate complimentary garbage drop off at all District Land fill sites.
(ii) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks Recreation and Trails Advisory Committee recommend to Mayor and Council of the Township of Lake of Bays to adopt the Community Commemorative Policy as amended by Committee into the Township of Lake of Bays policies and procedures.
(iii) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation & Trails Committee accepts and recommends to the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays the resignation of committee member, Mr. Peter Bell.
