7. COMMITTEE RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION
(a) Finance and Corporate Services Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Corporate Services Committee recommends to Council that the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays consider a sponsorship of $5,000 towards the 53rd Annual Meeting & Training Sessions of the Ontario Building Officials Association in the 2009 budget considerations (OBOA – 53rd Meeting – Deerhurst)
(ii) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Finance & Corporate Services Committee recommends to Council that the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays allocate $2,000 to the Dwight Winter Carnival for the purposes of supporting the Princess Pageant and Kids Kapers for the 2009 Carnival from the Mayors Golf Tournament Fund (Dwight Winter Carnival – Allocate Funds from Mayors Golf Tournament)

(c) Parks Recreation and Trails Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Parks, Recreation and Trails Advisory Committee recommends to Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays to enter into an agreement with the District of Muskoka for the purposes
of allowing children’s recreational programs to be recognized as programs eligible for Fee Subsidy under the District
of Muskoka’s Child Care Subsidy Program.
AND FURTHER, that the following programs be highlighted as Recreational Programs within the application
process:
· Baysville After School Program
· Camp Beachcombers (summer program in Dwight)
(District of Muskoka – Child Care Subsidy Program)
(d) Community Emergency Management Committee
(i) BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Community Emergency Management Program Committee recommends to the
Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays that under the monies received through a Trillium Grant
for kitchen renovations at the Lake of Bays Community Centre that consideration be given for propane appliances
