            that in accordance with Section 239, (1), (2), (3) and (3.1) of the Municipal Act, c. 25, S.O. 2001, as amended, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays will convene in Closed Session for discussion regarding:

(a)        a meeting is held for the purpose of educating or training the members and at the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of the council, local board or committee.
