Heritage Tax Relief Program.

Heritage Tax Relief Brochure  (2pgs/602KB)

This program provides tax relief to owners of property that have been designated, by Council, to be of significant heritage value. The criteria used to determine Heritage value is Natural Heritage Criteria (2pgs/70KB) and Built Heritage Criteria (2pgs/73KB). Designation is a mutual process between the property owner and the Township of Lake of Bays.
