TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

close and sell that part of the original road allowance between Lots 25 & 26, Concession A of the former Township of Ridout, south of Part 1, 35R-13333, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, District Municipality of Muskoka PIN: 48061-0804.

The proposed by-laws will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting, to be held electronically, on the 2nd of March, 2021, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Municipality at the address below or emailed to the Clerk at csykes@lakeofbays.on.ca
