To rezone the subject lands from the Waterfront Residential “(WR)” Development Permit Area to a Waterfront Residential with an Exception “(WR-EXXX)” Development Permit Area to facilitate the construction of a 44.6 sq.m. (480 sq.ft.) two-storey detached garage.
An amendment is required in order to:
a) reduce the minimum setback from an identified watercourse on the property from 15 metres (49.2 ft.) to 13 metres (42.7 ft.), and implement findings of a consultant’s watercourse assessment;
b) reduce the minimum required rear yard setback from 10 metres (32.8 ft.) to 3.1 metres (10.3 ft.); and
zone the identified watercourse into an appropriate zone.
