Township of Lake of Bays Council passed two new by-laws during the July 29, 2025, Council Meeting. After an extensive public consultation process, council passed the following by-laws:
TAKE NOTICE that the Council (Planning Matters) of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays will be considering adopting a by-law to provide for cash-in-lieu of off-street parking spaces in accordance with Section 40 of the Planning Act at the July 29, 2025 Council (Planning Matters) meeting, commencing at 9:00am.
