The purpose of Consent:  The applicant requests approval of this application in order to create one (1) new parcel of land, for future residential purposes, having frontage on, and access from Lake of Bays Lane, a year-round maintained (Township) road. The retained parcel is proposed to be accessed via a proposed 10 meter (32.8 ft.) wide easement for right-of-way over the severed lands.
