Flood Warning Extended Until May 6
The Ministry of Natural Resources has extended the Flood Warning for the area until Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
River levels and flows within areas of the district remain elevated and are expected to persist across many locations. Although water levels on several lakes have declined toward more normal operating ranges, some lakes remain well above normal levels.
The Township of Lake of Bays continues to actively monitor conditions and respond where needed. Residents are encouraged to report flooded roads, washouts, or other road-related concerns by visiting lakeofbays.on.ca/Report-It or by calling 705 635 2851.
