Notice of Adoption of the Township of Lake of Bays Official Plan
TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of August, 2026, the Council (Planning Matters) of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays passed By-law No. 2026-121 pursuant to Sections 17 and 21 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. By-law No. 2026-121 repeals the current Official Plan for the Township of Lake of Bays, being the Official Plan adopted on December 14, 1999, and amended on January 12, 2016, and adopts the new Official Plan 2026.
