TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Section 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to sell part of Lot 3, Concession 11, former Township of McLean, now Township of Lake of Bays, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Part 3 on Plan 35R-5771, being all of PIN Parcel Register 48103-0754(LT), pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated March 13th 2026, for a set price.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 14th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
