TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

- close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 27, Concession 13, former Township of Franklin, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-28090, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, and;
- close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 27, Concession 13, former Township of Franklin, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-28090, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 14th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning. TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Section 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to:
- sell part of Lot 15, Concession 11, former Township of Ridout, now Township of Lake of Bays, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Plan 35R-28126, being part of PIN Parcel Register 48062-0717 (LT), and;
- to close and sell part of the original road allowance between Concessions 10 and 11, former Township of Ridout, now Township of Lake of Bays, District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 10, 11 and 12 on Plan 35R-28126, being part of PIN Parcel Register 48062-0815 (LT),
pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated May 12th 2026, for a set price.
The proposed by-law will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 14th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
