TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

- close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 13, Concession 4, former Township of Finlayson, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27932, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, and;
- close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 13, Concession 4, former Township of Finlayson, designated as Part 3 on Plan 35R-27932, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Section 270(1)1. of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, to:
- sell Reserve E, Registered Plan 10, former Township of Franklin, and Part of Lots 28 and 29, Registered Plan 10, former Township of Franklin as in DM160939, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, designated as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 35R-24004, being all of PIN Parcel Register 48063-0861 (LT);
Pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated September 18th, 2026, for a set price.
The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 13th day of October, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
