Notice of Application to Repeal Heritage Designation By-law 2011-126
The Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter 0.18 as amended, provides that an owner of property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act may apply to Municipal Council to repeal the by-law or part thereof designating the property.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of Lake of Bays hereby gives notice of the application to repeal the heritage designation by-law 2011-126 for the following municipal address:
1099 Wolfkin Lake Road

Notice of Objection
Objections to the application to repeal designation by-law must be received by the Clerk of the Township of Lake of Bays together with a statement of the reasons for the objection and all relevant facts, no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026. If a notice of objection is received, it will be considered by Council in its deliberation on the matter.
