Public Notice of Exemption To Noise Control By-Law for Fox Point Road Property
Under Noise Control By-law 2021-029, an application under Section 13 has been received by Township staff.
The applicant is looking for an exemption from Schedule B, Item 1 & 2 under Section 10, which would allow for amplification of sound (loudspeakers, electronic devices) and singing and yelling after 11:00 p.m. at the following location:
- Property located at Lumina Resort, 1348 Fox Point Road, Dwight, ON, Township of Lake of Bays, District Municipality of Muskoka.
The following date and time apply to the exemption:
- Wedding Reception, amplified music using loudspeakers, Saturday, September 13th, 11:00 p.m. to Sunday, September 14th at 1:00 a.m.
Comments on this exemption can be forwarded to By-law Services on or before August 21, 2025, at 4 p.m.
