Temporary Disruption to Weighed Garbage Services | McLean Transfer Station

Weighed garbage services will be unavailable at McLean Transfer Station, located at 3901 Brunel Rd, Baysville, as of June 15 until work is complete. 

During this period, weighed garbage will not be accepted at this location and must be directed to an alternate transfer station.

The following items will continue to be accepted during the service disruption:

•    Free weekly residential limits of two garbage bags
•    Divertible materials, including recycling and organics

Work underway

The District is installing permanent safety barrier upgrades at waste facilities to reduce fall hazards and improve site operations. For more information, read about the Elevated Waste Ramp Project on the District of Muskoka website.
