Planning Notices

In response to ongoing postal disruptions, the Township of Lake of Bays Planning Department now offers the delivery of planning application notices directly by email. This ensures residents remain informed about local planning and development, even when mail delivery is delayed or unavailable.

The Township of Lake of Bays invites residents, business owners, and interested community members to attend, speak, or submit written comments at a public meeting on proposed amendments to off-street parking. 

The Township of Lake of Bays is continuing its review of the Official Plan, a document that will guide growth, development, and land use over the next 25 years.
