Update: The service interruption affecting all online forms on the Township of Lake of Bays website has been resolved.

Please be advised that the Baysville Graduation Drive-by will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M on Bridge Street, University Street and Howard Street in Baysville.

Please be advised that the Township of Lake of Bays will begin applying Calcium Chloride (CaCl2) to area roads during the week of June 16, 2025. This annual Calcium Chloride Application Program will cover approximately 100km of Township maintained gravel roads. 

The Township of Lake of Bays invites residents, business owners, and interested community members to attend, speak, or submit written comments at a public meeting on proposed amendments to off-street parking. 

Oxtongue Rapids Road has been reopened. The section of road between Lions Pavilion and the Monument was recently closed due to washout.

The Muskoka Fire Danger Rating has been lowered to MODERATE. Small fires are permitted in most areas of Muskoka keeping in mind that NO DAYTIME BURNING is allowed. Fire must be under constant supervision and control from time of lighting until it is totally extinguished

The Township of Lake of Bays By-law Department kindly reminds everyone to celebrate safely this long weekend and act in accordance with local regulations.
