The Township of Lake of Bays Building Department would like to inform local contractors, installers, inspectors, designers, and other septic industry professionals about an upcoming Part 8: On-Site Sewage Systems course offered by the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA).

(Lake of Bays, ON) The Township of Lake of Bays is reminding eligible voters to watch their mailboxes this October for their Voter Information Letter, which is required to vote in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 13th day of October, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.

The Babb Family Splash Pad at the Lake of Bays Community Centre in Baysville is now closed for the 2026 season.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 8th day of September, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
