Customer Service
The Township of Lake of Bays provides program and service delivery through open communication with the public. Your inquiry and/or request will be handled promptly and fairly, in a respectful and transparent manner.
To submit a request for service or to ask for more information, please follow the instructions in steps 1 and/or 2 below. If you have completed these steps and your concern remains unresolved, you may proceed to step 3 and follow the instructions to submit a complaint.
Step 1: Request service |
Is your street light out? Did you find a lost dog? Are you reporting a pothole or vandalism? Is there a tree down across the road? Use the form to submit a request for a specific service or to notify us that a scheduled service was not provided on time. |
Step 2: Ask for more information |
Did you submit a request for service (customer service step 1) but your request is not yet addressed? Submit your question or comments to a specific department to find out more information about a municipal program, service or facility. |
Step 3: Submit a Complaint |
Did you go through customer service steps 1 and 2 and have a concern that remains unresolved? Fill out the Municipal Complaint Form to submit a formal complaint. A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction relating to a municipal program, service, facility or staff member. |
